This Dental Plan is a defined maximum benefit dental reimbursement insurance plan. It also combines optional access to a PPO dental network, which provides a reduced payment schedule for each ADA Dental Code Procedure. This dental insurance allows you to go to any dental proffesional anywhere and you know how much you will get reimbursed from the dental insurance company per procedure simply by looking at the reimbursement schedule. This plan is currently available nationwide, for groups or individuals and families who are members of the UASB Association.
