Jess' Discount Dental PlanJess Navarro was painting the roof of a customer's house when he fell from the ladder and hurt himself. He lost his front teeth. Living on a no-work no-pay basis is not the best thing that can happen to anyone, but Jess has been living that way since he moved from Puerto Rico to Florida. He doesn't relish it, but he really doesn't have much choice. Jess was smoking inside his apartment when he did some contemplating. He wondered how he could regain his dark Latino with his front teeth gone. He was wondering if he could get a discount dental plan even with his employment status. Just then, a knock came on the door. It was his friend Jay carrying several bottles of beer. The two men were quietly drinking their bottles when Jay opened up a conversation. "How are you doing, man? You must feel rotten having no front teeth." Jess was beginning to drink his second beer bottle. "You have no idea, compadre." "You can always have them replaced you know. It won't be that expensive with a discount dental plan." "Funny that you should mention dental plans. I was wondering earlier if I could get a plan even if I'm not employed." Jay, who also works odd jobs like Jess, put down his bottle and took out his discount plan and showed it to Jess. "I got that discount dental plan from from Cheap-Dental-Insurance.com. You really don't have to employed." Jess took the discount dental plan in his hand and examined it. He was feeling a deep sense of relief inside. "Could you get a discount dental plan for me? I'll just give you the money to pay for it." Jay smiled. "I knew you couldn't resist." Jess stood up. "What do you expect, compadre? I want to be irresistible to women." Jay could only shake
his head. "It's going to take more than a discount dental
